SAMR1小鼠（Senescence-Accelerated Mouse Resistant 1）是一种被广泛应用于老年研究的品系。SAMR1小鼠在老化过程中表现出较低的认知和行为功能损害，以及较少的

老年性痴呆相关病理特征，因此被广泛用于P8小鼠老年相关研究的对照组。

SAMR1小鼠与其衍生的SAMP系列小鼠（Senescence-Accelerated Mouse Prone）相比，具有较为抗衰老的特征。SAMR1小鼠在老化过程中相对较少表现出认知和行为功能下降，

以及老年性痴呆相关的病理特征。此外，SAMR1小鼠在神经系统中的炎症应答和神经元凋亡水平相对较低。
